How to make a great cup of coffee during your camping

Stumptown roasters are introducing how to make great coffee
very simply and in few minutes during our camping or somthing
like trips using Aeropress.
I also love to use that brewing tool.
Of course, there are lots recipes of the Aeropress though,
they are introducing quite simple recipe.
Some Baristas give us amazingly complicated brewing
processes like 85 degree water, blooming with 60ml hot water,
and so on.
I love simple and simple is the best.
- 17g coffee ( little bit more than Aeropress 1 scoop )
- Medium to fine grind ( finer than hand-drip's )
- 220g water ( fill up hot water to the level 4 ) - 10 seconds
- First Stirring.
- Place plunger and wait - 35 seconds
( * after set the plunger on the coffee chamber, pull up the plunger slightly)
- Second Stirring and plunge - 25 seconds
* feedback
1) Flavor is so satisfied.
- I took Costa rica Tarrzu, medium roasting.
- Expressed specific acidity and sweetness.
soft body and throat feeling.
- Clean mouthfeel and aftertaste.
- Milk chocolate finish.
2) Doubtful point
- Too much pre-extraction while I was waiting for the brewing
inside coffee chamber.
Does it affect the cup's quality? or not.
the part of pre-extracted coffee should be under-extracted
after than mixed with the other part.
In the end, the result was so nice though,
I just wonder if it is proper.
Of course, After I pulled up the plunger slightly as the recipe
mentioned, pre-extraction was not happen.
before that, especially, When I set the plunger on the coffee
chamber, there was too much pre-extraction.
or could I think the pre-extraction is one of extraction process?
- Solution : I'm gonna make a cup of coffee
using invert extraction method following same
recipe. and estimate the each results.
