        Variety     :    Geisha
        Process     :    Washed 
        Roaster     :     Coffee Libre




     Inverted AeroPress
     25 grams of beans (finer grind than for hand-drip)
    120 grams of water (at 90 degrees Celcius)
     Stir for 10 seconds
     Set the filter and set the AeroPress on the pourer
     Wait 40 seconds 
     Press for 20 seconds
     Add 110 grams of water

    Personally I prefer to add some water after Extraction. 

    off the point though, We also dilute espresso with hot water for 
    Americano but,
    Actually the flavor and mouthfeel of diluted coffee from     
    Aeropress and Americano are totally different from each other. 

    I guess the factor is on Grind size. 

    The finer grind size for espresso could make heavy mouthfeel
    but weak flavor. on the other hand, The coarser grind size for
    Aeropress coffee or hand drip could make soft body 
    but rich flavor.
