Ginger & White : I don't want to let anybody know here
Ginger & White :
I do not want to let anybody knows this place, it's mine!
As far as I remember, They have just 2 branches nearby
each other, one is in an obscure alley in Hamstead and
the other is on the middle of a residential area in Belsizepark.
Actually the majority of famous coffee place pursuing
Specialty Coffee in London have their own Roasteries.
Of course, It could be one of the reasons why I love London
as a coffee lover.

But from some point of view, It's pros and cons.
Even though we know and totally agree that the reputation
of coffee beans definitely depends on person,
It's undeniable that there are also some roasteries roasting
poor coffee beans.
Ginger & White doesn't have their own coffee beans though
their coffee is amazing. because they have been using
"Red Brick" by 'Square mile'.
Actually, I could see lots of coffee places where choose
Square mile's coffee bean in London .
( including pruflock, kaffein etc ).
In my opinion, Ginger & White have decided to give more
weight to their cafe food instead of self-roasting.

Especially, their Banana bread is my favorite.
of course, They also have brief but amazing breakfast menu,

Every morning, there is always quite long queuing in front of
Ginger & White. that's why I said like I don't want to let
anybody knows that place anymore.
Even they have their own cafe food cooking book.
Their price is not bad compare with their quality
and the lovely ambience.
but pay attention, they should take some overcharge if you
pay by credit card. It's costly a bit.

As seen, Ginger & White has quite lovely and Friendly
ambience regardless of branch.
