KAFFEIN : COFFEE PLACE FOR HIPSTERS

KAFFEIN : COFFEE PLACE FOR HIPSTERS

When I started to work as Bartender, I had a singaporean
        co-worker. at that time,
She was crazy in hunting breakfast cafe in London.

I think she spent all her income to hunt nice breakfast cafes.
Anyway, she was one of power blogger on hip cafe and
Travel attraction and she also was making significant money
from her blog, that's why I could not blame her about that.

Since I came to be interested in Coffee industry, I often asked
        her to recommend some cafe.

As far as I remember, Kaffein was the first coffee place where
she recommended me and the cafe was quite satisfied for me.

Actually, The Kaffein was not so good cafe to take a rest or
to do something like reading books.

Because The Kaffein is not spacious and their tables and
chairs also are inconvenient a bit.

And then, as you know, there is a obvious law.

"The more famous a place is The more crowded"

I used to take away their coffee nine times out of ten.
         even I wasn't busy....

The Kaffein used Square mile's Red Brick Coffee bean.
Personally, I prefer bitter coffee rather than acid coffee.
because I like the feeling washed inside my mouth from
       bitter coffee in the morning.

But as known, today's specialty coffee trend is medium
       roasted coffee emphasizing acidity.(my opinion)

I suppose the majority of specialty coffee roasters don't want
over Full city roasting including French roasting.

That's why I tend to feel burdensome to drink specialty coffee
every morning. I sometimes seem to be fed up with that.

So, as I mentioned on another post,
I used to drink "Blacksheep Coffee" every morning.
their coffee is amazingly pleasure bitter-sweet.

But I can drink The Kaffein's coffee every morning.
        From "Red Brick".
