in a CAFE. After then, I nomally said like
" I was planning something in there "
But, when I look back on that time, that was definitely
"JUST KILLING TIME".
Anyway, that was my own way to take a rest, release my stress
after full-on week.
That's why I would be crazy in looking for some proper places
for that. As doing so, I have come to know lots of lovely cafe
in London.
Basically, this post and any other posts which I am gonna post
in near future are not for
just coffee lover, It will be obviously nothing more my
preference.
And even It's not "Fresh Review for a Traveler".
It should be my personal experience, memory and reminiscence
during my London life.
2 years ago, I was working as a Bartender at a Restaurant on
Goodge. st.
At that time, My girlfriend was also working at the same place.
Naturally, we came to need a place to spend our break together
near the restaurant.

Blacksheep was not spacious but, lovely and extraordinary
ambience.
especially, their art works on the wall were enough to make us
feel like we were in a gallery.
Even they were selling all the art works and the price was
reasonable. Still costly for me though.
if you are a small collector, don't go to a gallery, go to
Blacksheep.

Blacksheep does direct trade with coffee producers and roast
the beans themselves.

"How about flavor?"
Frankly Blacksheep's coffee is not trendy. that's why
Blacksheep stands out among lots of competitors.
On the time, especially in London, I think the majority of coffee
lovers tend to prefer Medium-roasted, washed processed coffee
which has emphasized acidity. quite fruity.
(of course, it's also nothing more my personal opinion though....)
sometimes, that's too acid to drink every morning.
"Blacksheep's coffee is for the morning"
on the other hand, Balcksheep's coffee is really soft
and well-balanced.
so it's not burdensome, even if I drink it every morning.
In fact, I felt free to enjoy Blacksheep's coffee on my every
commute.
And they have a extraordinary menu. It's Bulletproof.
never seen before.
The bulletproof is made of espresso, coconut oil, milk and
cinamon.
Sounds weird? You should try it in winter to keep warm.
Do not drink Mulled wine, drink Bulletproof!
