How to make cold-brew coffee
by Aeropress at home

Few days ago, I posted about Panama Morgan Geisha from
Coffee libre. I had been enjoying that by using Aeropress mainly.
Even though the beans do not have enough bitterness which
can make me feel clear inside my mouth every morning and also
do not have heavy mouthfeel I love, Its flavor is enough fancy
and colorful to cover the subjective shortcomings of the beans.
Last weekend, I was thinking something over.
That was like How I can enjoy the rest beans without remorse.
Because Just 25 grams of the beans were left already.
So, I decided to extract cold-brew coffee at home by using
Aeropress.
And I thought that I can blend some Tanzania AA with the Geisha
to add some bitterness and heavy mouthfeel.
How could I extract cold-brew coffee by Aeropress?
All I need is just a plastic bottle.

Like this.
That's gonna play the role to adjust the water flow.
If the flow is too much, should be overflowed.

Set the Aeropress on the proper vessel with funnel.
The most important part of the cold-brew setting is the plastic
bottle(500ml).
I cut the bottom, and make a micro hole on the lid by a needle.
The hole must be enough small to make drops, not flow.
After then, I ground 50g of blended coffee beans.
(ratio of one Panama Geisha to one Tanzania AA)
And fill up some Ice cubes in the plastic bottle chamber to the half and fill up cold water to the top.
And check if the lid makes drop or flow.
If that's drop, just wait, wait and wait for the drop of god.

The result followed my expected profile properly.
Tanzania AA could add nice bitterness and enough heavy
body. It needs aging for one to two day.
I can't wait to enjoy that cold-brew coffee as my morning coffee.
